When you login your account below Shopping Cart you have an icon as Track Order Status just click on that icon & types the Order no. with the date or click on All Date Range you will get the status of your order.

- Can I make a purchase by using my friend's/relative's credit card?
No. Under no circumstances may you make a purchase by using your friend's/relative's credit card. The credit card must be in your name.
- What is the difference between Billing Address and Shipping Address?
Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants us to deliver their shipment.
- How can I open an account with www.21stcp.co.uk ?
Logon to our site www.21stcp.co.uk in the home page, we have a box on the left hand side at the bottom which says Sign up now just click on US & fill the Registration Form by putting the Login ID & Password. & then with the help of the shopping cart buy DVD's online. Also please see that you preserve your login id & the password so that you can shop again with that login id & win Reward Points the next time you login.
- Where do you deliver?
US, Canada & India.
- If I am neither from US, Canada or India, then how can I buy the DVD's from your online store?
If you are neither from the above countries than you can Sign up in the India section & buy DVD's online.
- What is your return policy?
If any product received by the customer is defective, then within 15 days of the receipt, please send the DVD with the order no. & the date back to our office on the address mentioned below, we will replace the same or refund you for the same.

- What is the Reward Point Strategy?
Reward Points Strategy
Win a reward point for every £5 you spend on the site!!! You are entitled to get a Free DVD when you collect 50 Reward points. Over and above that, you can win 1 Free DVD for every for every additional 20 points you accumulate!!
You can accumulate Reward points in the course of a calendar month and redeem your points before the end of that month. The points will not be carried forward to the next month. You can view the reward points accrued on every purchase the site only after the product has been shipped to you.
- What should I do if I want to Edit profile?
When you login you have an icon below the Reward Point section which says Edit profile just click on that & change the profile.
- What should I do if I want to Change the Password?
When you login below the Edit profile you have an icon which says Change Password just click on that & type the old as well the new password & say submit.
- Whom should I mail if I have any complaints?

Online Payment
- How does the new online payment system work?
The credit card information you enter into the order form will now be directly authorized by your bank or credit card company. Once we receive their authorization, your order will be finalized. You will know right away if your credit card was accepted.
Payment Policy for Credit Cards
Your credit card will have an “Open to Buy” Authorization which is equal to your invoice amount. Your credit card will be charged an amount equal to the number of dvds sent out to you.
Shipping costs will be included if the order is less than 5 dvds or it is an express order. Please look at our shipping policy in Help FAQs for more details!
- What are the reasons my credit card might be refused?
Banks and credit card companies refuse authorization of credit cards for a specific number of reasons, including:
- The credit card number entered is not a valid number (often the result of a typo).
- The credit card does not have enough credit balance left to pay for the order.
- The billing address entered in the order form does not exactly match the address in your credit card statement (also sometimes the result of a typo).
- The expiration date of the credit card is not entered correctly (also sometimes the result of a typo).
- How do I correct the information that was incorrectly entered?
We are sorry to say that if the info provided by you is incorrect than the Status shows Authorisation Awaited. There is no facility for you to Edit your Credit Card info. You will have to place a new order & you will get the new Order No. with the date.
- What type of credit cards do you accept?
We accept only two types of Credit Card a) Visa b) Master card
- Is there any other mode of payment?
We also allow payment by Cheque, Demand Draft or a Money order. In this case, however, the order will be processed only after we receive the payment. Please make sure that you send the payment on the address mentioned below:

Steps to be followed to purchase DVD online
Our site is very much user friendly site. We have all the sections on our homepage just you have to do is select the section & click on the respective country. You can also track your order online.
Sign Up : In the home page we have a box which says Sign up now just select your country & fill the Registration Form By putting the Login ID & Password. & then with the help of the shopping cart buy DVD's online. Also please see that you preserve your login id & the date so that you can login again with that login id & win Reward Points the next time you login.
Browse the catalog : Look through the areas of our site that interest you the most. When you see something you'd like to purchase, simply select the respective section & say Add To Cart. You can also search the DVD's by different types of Search engines provided by us.
Add items to your shopping cart : Just keep on adding the DVD's which you want to purchase by clicking on Add To Cart.
Checkout : When you have finished adding all the items you wish to purchase, just check the list, if you want to remove any of the titles than just against each & every title we have given a white box just click on that & click on Remove item icon it will remove that particular DVD from that list. When you are finished checking then just click on an icon on the right hand side which says Buy Now.
Invoice :
- If you have selected Cheque/DD/MO as the payment mode it will directly give a Thank you message with the invoice which contains the Order No. & the date.
- If You have selected Credit Card as the payment mode than it show you a page where you have to enter the Credit Card info by clicking only once on the Enter icon if Clicked multiple times the Credit card will be charged accordingly. Please see that the credit card info provided by you is correct. If you provided any incorrect info the card won't be accepted & the status will show Authorisation Awaited & you won't have any facility to Edit the credit card info & you will have to place a new order again. Once you provide the details the amount would be deducted from your credit card on that moment itself & you will get a Thank you message with the invoice which contains the Order No. & the date
IMPORTANT : Please preserve your Order No. with the date as Customer service will always ask you'll the Order no. & the date when you would like to trace out the status of your order.
